Italian Constitution is under attack by Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi. He want to change it as he wants, to pursue his interest, and he want to do that with or without opposition or citizen approval (obviously, given that majority of Italians voted him, he believe they agree at 100% at all he says).

I think that it's the same that sell our rights in his hands, so maybe there's a little piece of Constitution for me and you too...
It's all a matter of money (as always) and power, because the main changes are increased powers and privileges for the Premier (and specifically wide immunity for all his numerous trials) similar to USA or France (we saw the effect of 8 years of Bush governement in America, so I'll gladly pass), economy related articles (fiscal federalism, so the majority of the money will remain to the North, richer than the South), and justice related articles (political control of the judiciary power, so that the politics will be forever safe...), so maybe it's enough to pay and the articles I don't like could vanish (or others appear).

Our Constitution is very strict, and our political sistem very bureaucratic because unlike other presidential nations (Berlusconi want to make Italy too presidential) we lived the horror of the fascism, and we don't want all that power in the hand of only a man.
Berlusconi, as in past legislatures, can control the Parliament in too many ways (personal charisma, mass control through television monopoly, ecc...): can do things that in civilized countries could be considered dictatorial, without the citizen even know it, and want simply make this situation "official".

Our "strict" Constitution is the only thing that can protect our rights, against the attack of one single individual that want to decide what it's better for him, and so for all the others...

WE MUST DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION!

La Costituzione Italiana è sotto attacco da parte del Premier Silvio Berlusconi, vuole cambiarla come gli pare, per perseguire i propri interessi e vuole farlo con o senza l'opposizione o il parere dei cittadini (ovviamente, dato che la maggioranza degli italiani lo ha votato, pensa che tutti la pensino al 100% come lui).

Io penso che sia come vendere i nostri diritti nelle sue mani, quindi può anche essere che ci possa essere un pezzo di Costituzione per te e per me...
E' tutta una questione di soldi e potere, perché le trasformazioni maggiori sono l'aumento dei poteri e dei privilegi del Premier stesso (e specificatamente un'ampia immunità per i suoi numerosi processi) sull'esempio degli USA o della Francia (abbiamo visto gli effetti di 8 anni Bush e ne facciamo volentieri a meno), altri articoli sempre legati all'economia (federalismo fiscale, così la richezza rimarrà tutta al Nord, più ricco, mentre il Sud che già ora è in difficolà dovrà elemosinare) e alla giustizia (controllo politico sul potere giudiziario, e la classe politica sarà intoccabile), così, magari, basta pagare e gli articoli che non mi piacciono potrebbero sparire (o aggiungersi)...

La nostra Costituzione è rigida e il nostro sistema politico molto burocratico perché, in confronto alle altre nazioni presidenziali (Berlusconi vuole trasformare l'italia in una repubblica presidenziale) abbiamo vissuto l'orrore del Fascismo e non vogliamo tutto questo potere nelle mani di un solo uomo.
Berlusconi, come nelle altre legislature, riesce a controllare il Parlamento tramite troppi canali (carisma personale, controllo delle masse, patti e promesse sottobanco, ecc...): può fare cose che in qualsiasi altro paese civile sarebbero considerate dittatoriali, senza che i cittadini nemmeno lo sappiano, e vuole semplicemente che questa situazione diventi "ufficiale".

La nostra rigida Costituzione è l'unica cosa che può proteggere i nostri diritti dagli attacchi di un solo individuo che vuole decidere cos'è meglio per lui e di conseguenza per tutti gli altri...

DOBBIAMO DIFENDERE LA COSTITUZIONE!!
